Vergani Colomba with apricot, candied pineapple and pistachios, a tropical feast for the palate.  Traditionally eaten at Easter, Colomba is a baked confectionery product with sourdough naturally leavened, with an irregular and oval shape similar to a dove, with a soft structure and elongated honeycomb. Hand wrapped.




The company was established in Milan by Angelo Vergani in 1944. It produces panettone of Milan, traditional Italian cake made from selected finest ingredients and using traditional methods of baking. The cakes are perfectly balanced in flavour and texture with soft and moist dough and delicious taste.
