Po' di Poli Morbida is created by distilling Moscato wine, an aromatic grape variety that gives the final product an incredibly fragrant bouquet. A rich and aromatic scent, with intense notes of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot mix with the delicate floral hints of jasmine and rosemary.

On the palate, the experience is enveloping and sweetly aromatic. It starts with a delicate sweetness that slowly evolves into a complex and lingering pleasure, where the freshness of the Moscato perfectly combines with an aromatic aftertaste that immediately invites another sip.

Poli Grappa has been produced and bottled in Schiavon, Bassano del Grappa since 1898. Made by distilling the skins, pulp, seeds, and stems (the pomace) left over from winemaking after pressing the grapes, it was originally invented to prevent waste by using these leftovers. The Poli Distillery cintiunes to gather produce from an area ranging from Bassano del Grappa to the hills surrounding Marostica and Breganze, land historically famous for the cultivation of grape vines and the production of Grappa.

Grappa is primarily served as a digestivo or after-dinner drink.  It also can be added to espresso coffee to create a caffè corretto (corrected coffee) or used in the Veneto to swill round the finished coffee cup before drinking!
