Casareccia alla Ricotta Sauce has a soft and delicate taste. Cooked in a pot slowly, with a base of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, onion and carrot, Roma tomato pulp followed by ricotta cheese. The final touch is a few parsley leaves and a pinch of salt, prepared just as you would at home.

The rustic bottle, cap and string is designed to hang in the pantry, as once was the way.


Ready to use: The sauce just needs to be heated in a small pan for a few minutes. It can then be used on pasta, pizza or focaccia.


Made with Extra Virgin Olive oil and following a slow cooking and pasteurizing method using no preservatives or added sugar. Once opened store in the refrigerator and treat as a fresh product.
