As in Roman trattorias, the savoury taste of pancetta meets tomato pulp, in a light onion sauté. A drop of red wine for natural conservation, and only Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


Tomato 76% (Italian origin) - Extra virgin olive oil - Smoked bacon 6% - Red wine (contains sulphites) - Onion - Salt



A pasteurized product with a shelf-life of 24 months before opening. Once opened store in the refrigerator and treat as a fresh product.
