    Made in Sardinia, this organic ewe’s milk cheese from Argiolas has a nutty flavour, herbaceous, sweet yet salty at the same time. 

     

    This wheel is mature having been aged for at least 60 days. This allows it  to acquire a particular spicy, intense and enveloping flavour, making it  delicious for grating - on gnocchi in particular! It is also good paired with some honey or fig jam, as well as added into a recipe for a little kick of flavour.
