Parente create their products in Puglia, they are naturally made following local traditional recipes without the use of preservatives, artificial colourants or flavours. Here we have Italian artichokes blended with olive oil, garlic, salt and wine vinegar to create a pate. A versatile ingredient with a delicate earthy flavour.  Spread it on crackers or toast or make into a dip. Stir through pasta or use it to fill homemade ravioli.
