Dedicated to all wine lovers, these wines are the result of extensive research in wine making. This one is vegan, certified Organic and as BIO VEGAN by ICEA.


Made from carefully selected Grillo grapes, it maintains its Sicilian authenticity. This white grape variety is most famous for creating the island's fortified Marsala, however it is now often used in a wider variety of wines.  


The colour is a brilliant straw yellow, and the bouquet is fragrant with floral and citrusy notes. On the palate it is fresh yet full. 


Best served at 10-12°C with grilled vegetables, salads and vegetarian dishes, such as risotto.
