Ginepro is a grappa based liqueur infused with juniper. The similarities to gin are clear but with a subtle hint of the grape pomace and the addition of alpine botanicals. Serve martini style, with a twist of lemon or a dash of bitters.

Nardini Grappa has been produced and bottled in Bassano del Grappa, since 1779. Made by distilling the skins, pulp, seeds, and stems (the pomace) left over from winemaking after pressing the grapes, It was originally made to prevent waste by using these leftovers.
 
Grappa is primarily served as a digestivo or after-dinner drink.  It also can be added to espresso coffee to create a caffè corretto (corrected coffee) or used in the Veneto to swill round the finished coffee cup before drinking!
