LSW Mind Cards are designed to help you or a loved one to become more mindful of thoughts and feelings and offer the tools needed to look after mental health by introducing positive habits into everyday life. 


The 45 individually designed cards are presented in a beautiful lidded box. The cards are split across the following 5 categories: Kindness, Ritual, Gratitude, Journal and Reflection.


Each day select a card at random and take the action stated on the card. Building the habit of making positive choices each day can help to bring a sense of fulfilment. 

These cards were created by Lili Sinclair-Williams, a cognitive hynotherapist in London.
