A classic antipasti of garden vegetables preserved in a sweet apple vinegar. Typically served with cured meats in a sandwich or salad. Our mix includes cauliflower, carrot, sweet pepper and fennel. (We can’t guarantee all of these will be in every serving) Sold by the weight in compostable pots or you can bring your own container to us.
