Stefano describes this as fruity, dry and having a flavour of its own. It is a young wine,usually drunk within one or two years of harvest.
 
The producers explain that it has a soft and complex taste, fresh and harmonious with the typical savoury note of the area. Its young fruity hints recall green apple and banana, with notes of honey developing as it matures. 
 
Ideal for a rich aperitif, it is excellent with appetizers, fish, eggs and vegetables, as well as fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
