A delicious praline with around 30% hazelnut paste originating from Turin. First created in 1852 in response to a rationed supply of cocoa, the chocolatier Michele Prochet of Caffarel extended his supply by mixing it with hazelnuts and found it to be rather good!
We currenly have a 'Fondente' darker chocolate variety in stock, in an silver wrapper.
For shipping purposes we offer these in 50g bundles, however they can be purchsed individually or by weight at the shop.
