A delicious praline with around 30% hazelnut paste originating from Turin. First created in 1852 in response to a rationed supply of cocoa, the chocolatier Michele Prochet of Caffarel extended his supply by mixing it with hazelnuts and found it to be rather good!

 

 

For shipping purposes we offer these in 50g bundles, however they can be purchased individually or by another weight on request.
