Our newest collection of wines come from the South Tyrol and the vineyard of Neustift Abbey, discovered on our most recent road trip.
 
A powerful red wine with the grapes of Bolzano. Ruby-red to purplish-red with light violet tones in colour. A scent of cherries, berries, cocoa, and violets. Full-bodied and, at the same time, velvety on the palate.

Freshness and fruitiness are the distinguishing characteristics, this wine can be drunk young but also matures very well.
