Intense, refined and delicate, this Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is acclaimed for its light and fragrant fruity flavours within a recognisably velvety aroma. It is ideal to use in creating dressings and marinades for mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables.
It is made of 80% cooked grape juice (known as grape must) and 20% wine vinegar, aged for 12 years. The traditional production does not involve the use of any additives.
The properties of balsamic vinegar make it a unique product that contains in its characteristic aroma lights and colours of the Emilian countryside. The Balsamic Vinegar of Acetaia Reale is a product obtained exclusively from the pressed must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, cooked, aged and aged in fine wood barrels, durmast, chestnut, ash, mulberry, cherry or juniper.
