About the event
This month at our Italian in the Kitchen evening, we will be exploring some ways of preparing and cooking mushrooms Italian style, from risotto rice to escalope. Enjoy a drink and chat about the history and region of the dish before preparing and sampling it together at the end. Sessions last for approximately 2 hours.
