Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian sea in North of Spain. These are traditionally prepared, by hand; salted and cured for at least 20 months and preserved in olive oil.
Plump and flavoursome, ideal on top of bread, with olives, pasta or together with a glass of wine.
Keep them in room temperature 15 minutes before eating.
