A white wine from Offida in the Marche region where the Pecorino grapes are cooled by the breeze of the Adriatic. The name refers to the clay earth in which these vines grow.
Hand-harvested and 12 months aged by four farmers, alongside a veg garden and chickens, this is a perfect community effort. Awarded organic bio certification in 2010, this wine is a classic dry Pecorino, green, flinty, strong, full bodied, pairing beautifully with any kind of cheese, fish or charcuterie.
