Produced in the Brindisi province, this is a deep dark red with flavours of ripe red fruit and liquorice. It is ideal with mature cheese. 

 

The grapes are harvested after slight over-ripening, fermented then aged for 6-8 months, 70% in oak and 30% in steel tanks.
