A black fitted tshirt with chiffon structured puffed sleeves from the Italian brand Motivi.
 
There is sadly a small pull and hole on one side as pictured, but within the folds of the sleeve this is hidden when worn. I haven't repaired it as the weight may affect the drape of the sleeve and make it more obvious than it is.
