The Prosecco is our house favourite, a biodynamic and naturally sparkling wine from Valdobbiadene. The wine making process follows the lunar calendar and employs organic practices such as avoiding pesticides and chemical fertilisers. It is low in sulphites and is also unfiltered. The Panettone is a 1kg classic Milano style, soft and delicate with raisins and candied peel. This year our Panettone are created by Loison.
