For pasta that makes a statement, look no further! Summer is a handmade wide ribbon pasta with a crimped edge and gentle twist decorated with pretty pastel shades, beautifully coloured stripes on one side, and plain coloured on the back.
 
The "Pastificio del Colle" follow artisan production techniques, using only selected high quality durum wheat semolina and natural food based powders for colour. The dough is either worked manually or drawn through bronze dies to create a rougher pasta for holding a sauce. The pasta is then slow dried on frames.
