The classic mostarda with candied fruit pieces of clementine, apricot, yellow cherry, white pear, and fig. It has a fragrant flavour and is gently spicy. Venetian mostarda has a grainy and sugary texture and goes well with cuts of meat, soft and semi-mature cheeses and sweet wines. It is produced with minimum of 36% pure pulp quince, free from dyes and preservatives. 250g jar.
