You loved the fig version so we've added a blend for sunnier days too! The lemon balsamic cream glaze is produced with typical Modenese grape must, concentrated and blended with an aged Balsamic: its main feature is the high thickness and the great cooking versatility. Ideal with mixed fruit, raw vegetables, mixed salads, poultry and pork, cheese, ice-cream and sorbets, cheesecakes or cocktails.
