Created in the Cuneo province of Piedmont, home of our friend Franco, we are excited to introduce this new collection.

 

Granda Tradizioni grew out of the tradition of preserving produce to get throught the cold winters. These whole chestnuts in syrup are ideal to top a cake, eat alone or with ice cream, or served with pear and parmigiano or castelmagno cheese. In Piedmont they are also eaten with cold cuts of meat.
