'Cime di rapa' translate as 'turnip tops' and is a green vegetables with buds similar to broccoli. The leaves and stems are also all edible.
If fried quickly, they can dress orecchiette (little ears of home-made pasta): a typical Apulian dish.
Also very good as an appetiser, with meat or cheeses to bring a nutty, bitter element.
