Traditional terracotta shallow oven dishes made in Spain. Also known as cazuela, these part -glazed earthenware dishes can be used for a range of purposes, inside or outside of the oven.
The small is great for warming or serving tapas and the larger is big enough for a stew for two. Stefano also uses his for baking bread.

CARE - Soak in water for 30 minutes or more before use to 'cure'. This strengthens the clay to protect it from drying out and cracking in the oven. Avoid sudden changes in temperature when using.
