A traditional Italian herb and spice mix for pasta, complete with capers and olives.
Add a couple of teaspoons of this Tuscan herb blend to a pan and lightly fry in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile cook and drain your spaghetti or other pasta before tossing through the pan with the herbs and oil mixture for a few minutes.
A pinch of nutmeg or Parmesan before serving can finish the dish.
