Produced by Arc en Ciel, a cooperative situated among green valleys of the mountains north of Turin in Piedmont area. It has produced organic products since 1990 using traditional home recipes derived from regional specialities. Preserves contain 70% of fruit and are sweetened only with apple juice, making their preserves rich in taste and low in calories.
